Cocoa Studio specializes in graphics that are simply sweet!  

Cocoa Studio reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice.  Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified.

 

YOU CAN USE OUR PRODUCTS COMMERCIALLY AS FOLLOWS:

1. Creating printed stationery, hand made or printed cards, brochures, flyers, business cards and all sort of printed stationery elements.
   
2. Creating logos.  You may use the clipart as part of the design. You may not sell graphic as is as LOGO by itself.
3. Printed games, collage sheets, stickers, decals, textile material, clothing
   
4. Creating tangible home decor elements, jewelry, ornaments, etc, vinyl stickers, wall decals, printable decoration elements
   
5. Website/ Blog templates, banners, headers, footers, buttons, store fronts only if the design is flattened 72 dpi.  It absolutely cannot be extractable.
   
6. Digi tools (overlays, swatch sets, brush sets, pattern sets) can be used to create digital  paper or flattened surfaces only if graphics are flattened and cannot be extractable.
7. Digitized embroidery and reselling is ok (digitized embroidery formats as digital download)
8. Digital downloads such as invitations, announcements, cards, etc. are allowed as long as you sell a flattened jpg where the graphics can not be extracted.
   

YOU CANNOT RESELL OUR PRODUCTS AS DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS LISTED BELOW:

1. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AS IS or ALTERED (such as scrapbook or graphic element kits and clipart kits)
   
2. AS CLIPART/ELEMENT SET even if it's gathered with other elements such as chipboards, alphas, layered quickpages or element sets.
3. AS LAYERED TEMPLATE such as Photoshop layered album templates and layered photo card templates.
   
4. CREATING A DIGITAL COLLAGE SHEET as same clipart.  (YOU CAN ONLY SELL PRINTED COLLAGE SHEETS)

LICENSE OPTIONS:
Selected options appear on your receipt and in our invoices so make sure you purchase the correct License option.

1- NON-PROFIT: If you are going to use the graphics for PERSONAL use and there is NO PROFIT, then purchase with this option.

2- COMMERCIAL (CREDIT REQUIRED): If you are going to use graphics on a product you are creating and sell this product, then you may purchase this license.

YOU MUST GIVE CREDIT TO COCOA STUDIO WHEREVER THE ART IS DISPLAYED.  For example Graphics by Cocoa Studio or Artwork by Cocoa Studio. 

3- COMMERCIAL ( NO CREDIT REQUIRED)  If you are going to use graphics on a product you are creating and sell this product, then you may purchase this license. You pay an extra $20 fee for this option and you do NOT CREDIT Cocoa Studio.

MASS PRODUCTION LICENSE
We have other license options for  resale. If you are a retailer or wholesaler and produce more than 1000 copies of any products please email us to discuss other usage license options.

NONE OF THE PURCHASE OPTIONS GIVE YOU COPYRIGHTS. Cocoa Studio holds the copyrights of these images at all times.
