Cocoa Studio specializes in fresh graphics that are seriously sweet!  

COCOA STUDIO TERMS OF USE
Cocoa Studio reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice.  Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified.

USE OF COCOA STUDIO CONTENT
You may use the Service, the Site, and the information, writings, images and/or other works solely for your non-commercial, personal purposes.  No right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to you, whether as a result of downloading such Content or otherwise.  Cocoa Studio reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content.  Except as expressly authorized by this Agreement, you may not use, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from any Content obtained from the Site or the Service, except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Use.

USE OF DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS
Freebies: None of the Cocoa Studio freebies posted on mygrafico is for commercial use.

LICENSE INFORMATION

ALL CLIPART COLLECTIONS HAVE 3 LICENSE OPTIONS:

1. Commercial Credit Required: you must give credit to Cocoa Studio anywhere the art is sold.
2. Commercial No Credit Needed: you must purchase the extra fee for this use and credit is not needed.
3. Non-Profit: this is for all personal or non profit use.  Credit is not required.

LIMITATIONS:

1. You can not sell any Cocoa Studio products as is (AS SET, TEMPLATE, AS PART OF A CATALOG).
2. All copyrights remain with Cocoa Studio.
3. Graphics can not be altered or added to and be claimed as your own.

YOU CANNOT RESELL OUR PRODUCTS AS:

1. Digital downloads as is or altered
2. Clipart/element set even if it's gathered with other elements.
3. Layered template (where your customer can extract our design)
4. Collage sheet for Etsy or Zazzle type websites as same clipart

REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of items, there are NO REFUNDS on items delivered electronically.

DISCOUNTS
Cocoa Studio reserves the right to modify discounts at any time without giving prior notice.  Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified.
